Power Flow

This class is a continuously flowing power practice that challenges not just our strength and flexibility, but also our ability to stay present and have fun while sweating, wobbling and feeling the muscles burn and hearing the mind protest! Our practice needs to be challenging simply because life is challenging. We learn to stay calm and accepting on the mat, so that we can become more calm and accepting during our daily grind. This class is not suitable for beginners with physical limitations or injuries, but otherwise, beginners are welcome as long as they bring an open mind, the willingness to be challenged and the readiness to modify poses and rest when needed.
