Essential oils provide the body and mind with just what is needed for physiological balance and healing.
AromaYoga is a 90 minute vinyasa flow sequence which builds in intensity and broken up with stillness in yin poses experiencing essential oils specific to our theme and intention for class. After a peak in strength building this class transitions to a slower pace and ends with a meditation to focus and still the mind. All levels are welcome.
