Weekend Repose (Restorative Yoga and Meditation)

Weekend Repose (Gentle Yoga and Meditation) is the perfect end-of-the week retreat packed in just one hour. This class is taught by one of the Rishi Yoga teachers each week (teachers will rotate; please check the schedule to see who is teaching on a particular Sunday) and is a wonderful way to experience different styles of gentle yoga and meditation and reset your body and mind for the upcoming week.
